HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Education is based upon the idea that childbirth is a transformative process to be embraced.  Our bodies are made for birth if we choose to BELIEVE.  Birth does not have to be dramatic or comedic event.  Instead birth can be a gentle, calm, and loving experience for mother, baby, and birth companion.

We teach parents tools and techniques which allow mothers to relax on their birthing day.  Birth companions are educated on how to support mothers as an advocate, comfort measures, and more.
