Our Cesarean Preparation Package was designed to help mothers prepare mentally, physically, and emotionally for their experience. We have carefully designed three sessions which centers on the following concepts:
Session One Intake and Relaxation
- Description: You will learn more about hypnosis and how it can help the birthing mother. We will do a thorough intake and discuss your pregnancy experience so that we can create a plan of action for our next sessions. And then you will have an opportunity to spend 30 minutes experiencing a hypnosis relaxation script which will help you to reinforce a bubble of positivity and release some anxiety and stress.
- Homework: You will list your fears on paper.
- Take Away: After this session you will take recorded affirmations and relaxation CD with you to help you to continue to relax and connect with your baby.
Session Two Fear Release with a Ritual Release
- Description: In Session Two we will discuss Cesarean Section Birth Options and create talking points with your Care Provider coupled with a C-Section Wish List. We will watch the Jentle Cesarean Video to help you prepare.
- After we have completed the Wish List we will discuss your fears and then you will experience "The Library", where you can release and let go of your fears, concerns, anxiety and other baggage from your previous birth. We will incorporate a ritual release will allow you to let go of those fears on a visual level.
- Homework: You will list words that help to reinforce "relaxation" in your mind: easing, releasing, melting, comforting, etc. You will be assigned a postpartum recovery book to read.
- Take Away: You will take away from our session a birth plan/wish list and talking points with your Care Provider, Quotes and Affirmations which will help to uplift you in your birth preparation.
Session Three Surgery Preparation and Postpartum Recovery
- Description: In Session Three we will prepare you with hypnosis for the surgery and postpartum period. This script allows you to experience the surgery in a positive and empowered way. You will have a positive experience coupled with a shorter recovery time.
- Take Away: You will be given a recorded copy of your Surgery/C-section Script AND a postpartum recovery script to reinforce a smooth postpartum period.
The cost of all three sessions is JUST $245.
