Fear Release Package $175
Our initial consultation is always free. As a hypnotherapist conducting a fear release session it is critical that we prepare suggestions and script components that will help you to RELEASE your conception, birthing, pregnancy, or parenting fears. To do this we will work with one another via telephone and email to create positive suggestions that inspire you. In doing this we can have a POWERFUL RELEASE session and instill a positive vision for your subconscious to wrap itself around. Our fear release session is in person and lasts about one and a half hours.
Conception & Maternal Smoking Cessation Package $200
Have you considered the impact of smoking on your ability to conceive, the impacts on your baby in utero, or on the generally health and welfare of your family? Come learn to stop smoking with us in three sessions. We will delete cravings in our first session. In the second session we will stop the habit, and in the third session create a new vision of you as a non-smoker.
Creative Conception Package $275
Our initial consultation is always free. This package is for women trying conceive. We will work with parents in three sessions with a custom holistic combined plan to help address fertility issues. Our methods to help combine mind/body protocols, chakra clearing, and reiki services.
Rest and Relaxation Package $75
All women who are trying to conceive, are pregnant, or have children about need some rest and relaxation. We can help by doing a 30 minute guided visualization to help you drain any stress out of your body. Then to align your energy and restore the equilibrium we provide a 30 minute Reiki session. Combine that with a power nap and you have one well rested and relaxed Mama!
Empowered Vision Package $125
Are you trying to refine your vision for conception, pregnancy, or birth? Our Empowered Vision Package offers mothers an initial consultation which is always free. Then we do a journaling exercise which gets the creative juices flowing so that we can make conscious choices which will help to empower us in our maternal choices. After that creating that journal entry we will use that in our hypnotherapy session to help excite, empower, and lift you up in your maternal dreams!
Empowered Vision Journal Coaching $20 per hour
What do you envision your birthing experience to look like? Have you considered all elements that can make this vision come alive and be an inspiration for you and your birthing companion. Parents often spend hours putting together a Birth Plan. Have you considered taking that plan further and adding color, sound, taste, and other senses to make the vision come alive.
